Terms of Service
Last updated: June 23, 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to EndMock ("we", "our", or "us"). By accessing or using the EndMock platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
EndMock is a simulated prediction market platform designed for educational and entertainment purposes. All trading on the platform uses virtual currency ("EndMock Shares" or "ES") with no real-world monetary value. No real money is involved at any point.
3. Eligibility
- You must be at least 16 years of age to use the Service.
- You must provide accurate and truthful information during registration.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- You must not use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
4. Account Registration
To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:
- Provide a valid email address and accurate personal information.
- Maintain the security of your account and password.
- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account.
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
5. Account Inactivity, Freezing and Cancellation
If you do not log in to your account for one (1) consecutive year, the account will be frozen: access to trading and certain features will be restricted until you log in again and reactivate it.
If you do not log in to your account for five (5) consecutive years, the account will be cancelled and the account together with all virtual currency balances, positions and related data will be reclaimed by EndMock. This action is final and cannot be reversed.
6. Virtual Currency
All balances and transactions on EndMock use virtual currency (ES). Virtual currency:
- Has no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for real money.
- Is provided for simulation purposes only.
- May be granted, adjusted, or revoked by EndMock at its sole discretion.
- Does not constitute a financial instrument or security.
7. ES Acquisition (UBI Distribution Mechanism)
ES can be obtained through EndMock's universal basic income distribution mechanism (labeled "UBI" in the product interface), a user reward program operated independently by EndMock and unrelated to any governmental basic income policy.
- Basic income distribution: EndMock currently distributes 1,000 ES weekly to eligible users. The specific amount, frequency, and eligibility criteria are as posted on the platform pages, and EndMock reserves the right to adjust them at any time.
- Event-based distribution: EndMock may distribute additional ES to users through the UBI mechanism during promotional events held from time to time. Event rules are subject to the announcements on the respective event pages.
- Mechanism adjustment and termination: EndMock will continuously build and refine the UBI mechanism, but reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate it. Material changes will be notified via in-platform announcements or other means. Upon termination of the mechanism, ES already earned by users will continue to be used in accordance with these Terms, and EndMock is under no obligation to continue distribution.
- Non-commitment: This mechanism constitutes neither investment returns nor labor remuneration, nor does it create any debt of EndMock toward the user. Users may not assert any rights against EndMock on the grounds of not receiving ES or receiving less ES.
- Anti-abuse: ES obtained through multi-accounting, automated scripts, or other abusive means may be recovered by EndMock.
8. Intellectual Property
EndMock's platform, including its software, interface design, text, graphics, logos, trademarks and other content (collectively, the "Platform Content"), is owned by EndMock or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may use the Platform Content solely for personal, non-commercial purposes in connection with your use of the Service. Except as expressly permitted, you may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse engineer, or create derivative works of any Platform Content without our prior written consent.
- The EndMock name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs and slogans are trademarks of EndMock. You may not use such marks without our prior written permission.
- Unauthorized scraping, bulk downloading, or automated collection of Platform Content is strictly prohibited.
9. User Content
You retain ownership of content you submit to the platform, including blog posts, comments, market descriptions, channel posts, and messages ("User Content"), and you are solely responsible for its legality and accuracy. By submitting User Content, you grant EndMock a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, display, reproduce, moderate, translate (including via automated machine translation), and distribute your User Content solely for the purpose of operating and promoting the Service.
- You represent that you hold all rights necessary to submit your User Content and that it does not infringe the rights of any third party.
- EndMock may review, hide, edit, or remove any User Content that violates these Terms or applicable law, at its sole discretion.
- Publicly shared content (posts, comments, trading statistics, leaderboard rankings) may be visible to other users; private messages are visible only to the participants.
- EndMock is not responsible for the legality or accuracy of User Content; you bear sole responsibility for your content.
10. ES Restrictions and Commercial Use
EndMock Shares (ES) are virtual points intended solely for use within the platform. Accordingly:
- ES have no monetary value and may not be sold, purchased with real money, exchanged for legal tender or any goods or services outside the platform, or transferred between accounts, except where expressly permitted by platform features.
- Any attempt to commercialize ES or accounts — including off-platform trading, arbitrage schemes, or operating multiple accounts to exploit distributions — is prohibited and may result in account suspension and clawback of ES.
- You may not use the Service for commercial purposes that impose an unreasonable load on the platform or interfere with its normal operation, without our prior written consent.
11. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use automated bots or scripts to interact with the Service.
- Attempt to manipulate market prices through coordinated activity.
- Harass, abuse, or harm other users.
- Post misleading, false, or harmful content in comments or blog posts.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform's systems.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.
12. Market Resolution
Prediction markets on EndMock are resolved based on predefined criteria specified at market creation. EndMock reserves the right to:
- Cancel or suspend markets due to ambiguity or data unavailability.
- Modify resolution criteria if the original criteria become unresolvable.
- Reverse settlements in cases of errors or disputes.
13. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms. Upon termination, all virtual currency balances will be forfeited.
14. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content on the platform.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, EndMock shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
16. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify users of material changes via email or platform notification.
17. Contact
If you have questions about these Terms, please contact us through our contact page or email support@endmock.com.
Section headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation. In case of any discrepancy between the English version and a translated version of these Terms, the English version shall prevail to the extent permitted by applicable law.
